Students were recognized for their success at the Family, Career and Community Leaders of America State Conference, completion of the Early Childhood Education Program with graduation cords, Legacy Leaders honors, and many other outstanding achievements.
This year, FCCLA students completed an amazing 71 events and community service activities, including Trunk or Treat, Tonopah Twinkles, the Glow on Monroe Parade — where their float earned 1st Place — the Whiskey Runners Chili Cook Off, and many more events throughout the community.
A huge congratulations to all of our FCCLA members for their hard work, leadership, and dedication this year. Special recognition goes to Ms. Brees for the tremendous impact she has made with her students and program. We are so proud of everything this chapter has accomplished!
To our seniors — thank you for the legacy you leave behind. You will be greatly missed, and we cannot wait to see all you accomplish in the future! 🎓

Medical Assisting and Law & Public Safety students participated in a Disaster Response Scenario at TVHS. This exercise is designed to provide students with a realistic, hands-on learning experience centered on emergency response operations and interagency coordination.



We are excited to host you at our Senior Recognition Ceremony on Thursday, May 21st from 12:00–2:00 PM.
This special event will include an introduction from our principal, Nathan Bolden, as well as presentations from several of our local scholarship foundations, including the Odom Scholarship Foundation, Howard Hughes Scholarship, and the Whiskey Runners Motorcycle Club.
Following the scholarship presentations, we will recognize each one of our seniors in what is anticipated to be our largest Senior Recognition Ceremony to date.
As a reminder, each senior may invite up to THREE guests, as seating is limited. Doors will open at 11:45 AM, and seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
We look forward to celebrating this incredible accomplishment with all of you!

Thank you to Mrs. Hammond for putting together such a great performance and creating special memories for our seniors during their final recital.
We’d also like to thank the staff members who volunteered their time after school to help make the event a success!
We are so excited to announce our TVHS Valedictorian and Salutatorian for the class of 2026! Both Liana and Jazmine have worked hard their entire high school careers to achieve this award. It is much deserved. We are all so proud of you both!
