We invite our TVHS families to join us for Parent-Teacher Conferences this Thursday and Friday. This is a great opportunity to meet with your student’s teachers, discuss academic progress, attendance, and any questions or concerns you may have.

Tonopah Valley High School Civil Air Patrol cadets recently attended a Field Training Exercise at Patagonia Lake, where they participated in hands-on activities focused on leadership, teamwork, safety, and emergency preparedness.

During the training, cadets learned and practiced water safety, emergency rescue procedures, hiking and land navigation, physical fitness (PT), and the use of telescopes for astronomy and observation.

Training at Patagonia Lake gave our cadets the opportunity to apply what they have learned during regular Civil Air Patrol meetings in a real-world outdoor environment while building confidence, responsibility, and teamwork.

We are proud of our TVHS Civil Air Patrol cadets for their hard work, positive attitudes, and commitment throughout the Field Training Exercise! 🇺🇸

Our TVHS CTE students are making an impact both in our community and through hands-on industry experiences! 💙

FCCLA Community Service:
Our FCCLA students participated in an amazing community service event at Feed My Starving Children. Together, they helped pack 235 boxes of meals, helping ensure children around the world have access to nutritious food. What an incredible example of students putting compassion and service into action!

Law & Public Safety Industry Tour:
Our Law & Public Safety students participated in an industry tour at the MCSO Juvenile Court, gaining a highly structured, educational, and firsthand look at the juvenile justice system. Experiences like this allow our students to see how what they learn in the classroom connects directly to real-world careers.

We are so proud of our students for learning, serving, and exploring career opportunities beyond the classroom! This is CTE in action! 👏
